I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made the payment. The reference number of the application is hfr810987. I have uploaded all the required documents.

Customer id, wallet number and fastag id has been alloted. But till date there is no clue of despatch of fastag. I tried to contact on customer care number given, which is busy or not being attended.

Please update on the status.

We have dispatched your tag through Blue dart courier on December 17, 2019 vide awb no. [protected]. You will receive delivery of the same in 7-10 working days. Kindly co-ordinate with courier on the number[protected] for delivery of the tag on preferred date and time.
