Hi I purchased fastag online through hdfc bank but didn't receive any confirmation mail. I purchase 1 week ago but till now not received any confirmation email. I am keep trying to call customer care but keep on engage or not working. What should i do.. My fastag application reference no hfr01039253. I paid full amount for car fastag application 500rs.
