Dear sir, I'm using hdfc credit card for more then 5 year's, an year before because of some emergency i cornered to use my card upto the limit rs 33500/-, since that time i'm making partial payment of rs 2000 to rs 3000/- every month, i've almost paid more than what i've used, but till date i'm unable to clear the amount. I called up hdfc credit card customer care to help in converting my out standing amount to emi, but the tl or the manager told that its not possible to convert and i need to pay in 1 short or need to keep paying the minimum amount till i clear the amount. Sir, every month the bank is adding 1000+ as finical charge + 3.5 rate of interest + over limit charge, which is almost covering my full partial amount what i pay every month. I'm suffering a lot with the bank and i'm unable to clear the amount. I greatly appreciate a solution for my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
