There is no attention paid to my complaints, since i have clearly mentioned this to the customer care executive that my office location has changed and its been 5 months that i have moved to other location. Firstly i had clearly mentioned and asked the hdfc executive to get my bill statement delivered at my home address not the office address. But still on confirming with the customer care, i got to know that the hard copy of the bill is getting delivered at my previous office. Also, there is no message intimation or email about my bill details and due date for the bill to be paid. I have paid rs. 5000 in extra just because of hdfc mistakes that i am not getting the bill intimation. Every month once the due date is over, i get a call from hdfc bank executive saying i have to pay some amount + late payment fee of rs. 700 (Every month) and only after this call, i do the payment. I have done the payment every month but only when i get to know the amount. I have paid whatever amount is told by the executive, and the hdfc only informs once the due date is over. I have sent many mails and calls to get this issue fixed but no action has been taken on this. And my only concern is that i need some intimation via message or mail about my bill details. There was some amount which had to be credited back into my hdfc credit card account, on speaking to one exeuctive i was told it has been credited on 9th april, but while speaking to other executive, they told me there is no credit as such in my account.
