HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag application status no update | |||
I submitted request for fast tag using hdfc portal and it has been 9 days with no updates. Their toll free number doesn't work and there is no way to check the application status. I already paid the registration fee on 13th november 2019 but no update till now. Application reference number - hfr368058 This is pathetic service as we pay for something and customer should have the visibility on the status of their application. From 1st of december we will have to pay extra toll for something we already did 17 days ago and lead to delay due to the bad services of the provider. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your application has been received at our end and you will receive the Tag within 5-7 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.
