[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag

I applied for fastag on 19.11.2019 at. I have only application reference number hfr410362, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/-.
But till know no pdf application is sent on my mail neither any representative contact me.

I have ordered HDFC Fastag online from net banking on 06th of Nov, 2019. Further to it I was assured that I will get the fastag within 7 days which I haven't received yet.
Additionally the tollfree number is either busy or there is no response.
