I have applied a fast tag wide no:hfr805083.. Uploaded required docs and made the payment... Till now no communication from the bank... Their phone number is 24 hrs busy.. No email i'd is given anywhere... I have send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but no reply from there too... Hopeless service... Wasting customers time and money... Wonder why they don't send an acknowledgement to the mail i'd as soon ad they receive the amount... Other agencies are providing tags on the same day where these people are least bothered. They send me mail with Cust ld, Wallet Id and recharged my wallet with 300 Rs.
