[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag | |||
I applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I never got any response from hdfc, just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not delivered till now. Customer service number is also not reachable, they never have a courtesy to pick the call and answer. How do you trust such a bank? Is this the way you treat classic and privileged customer. This is what i got - Update: fastag application hfr545332 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. Dec 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved FASTag received after raising complaint on this portal. Response from FASTag support was quick here, but helpline is still not reachable. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. What's the use if you get the FASTag delivered after the given time limit. I could have got it issued from any Toll Plaza, they have set up camps, why HDFC? Totally disappointed.
