I called hdfcfag customer saying my login:[protected] is saying it's a invalid user id when i was trying my password reset for my account.
Rep named sharvan said the login id is correct and can i have your password to verify. I told i will tell my password but he said it's not wrong to ask for a password. How can a bank like hdfc can ask password from the customer. It's seems you have outsourced the work to another company. I think its insolutions global. This is serious violation of customer service. I asked for a supervisor or manager. He said he will not transfer the call to either.
