[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not delivered yet

I've bought the hdfc fastag via hdfc portal and paid thru the hdfc credit card and the login has been created following details mentioned below for your reference, but as promised the tag was not delivered yet and no response from the customer care since last week.

Following sms received on 22nd nov

Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 200 on 11/22/2019 8:30:11 am. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 200.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

Following sms received on 28th nov
Update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. For any queries, call [protected]

But there is no response after this and the number provided was not reachable.

Team -- Thanks for your message.

As I've got the SMS on 28th Nov (refer below and attachment enclosed) saying it would take 3-4 working days to despatch then, Why i had to wait 10 more working days to get the tag ? As I've already been waiting since last 10 days.. I'm really annoyed and so depressed with the response from hdfc today.

Please ensure that I get the tag before 10th Dec 19 and I've lot of travel plans ahead and I'm more worried now to chase and follow you people to get the tag ontime.

Please expedite the process and confirm the revised date.

I registered for Fastag with HDFC. I paid 500rs and I got a reference number : HFR926385. Till now I have not got any mail or message that my vehicle has been registered for fastag.

After that I tried calling [protected], but the call is getting disconnected by itself.

Need help in the above mentioned issue.

While withdrawing money from the nearest hdfc atm in netaji nagar, kantatoli, ranchi, I found a half torn note of 500. The total money i withdrawed is 1000.
I request the concerned section to take immediate action to this complaint..
