Hi,
I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 23rd november 2019. I have also paid rs 500. I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr472574. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. Though it was mentioned that bank represetative will call in 7 days. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. I called up prepaid card section customer care, they does not understand and could not help. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam.

Really appreciate your support. I did all options but no result. Could you please help me to cancel and pay Rs 500? I dont need fastag any more. Let me know what is the process for the same.
