[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received even after 15 days | |||
I have applied for hdfc fast tag through hdfc bank site. The customer id allocated is[protected] as per the email received from the bank. However, i have not received the fast tag even after 15 days of applying for the same. The bank website claims to provide the same in 7 days. What is the fun of applying online if it is such an harassment for the consumer. The customer care number provided is not available all the time. What is the procedure to get the fee refunded for this fast tag so that i can purchase it directly from some toll plaza. Was this information helpful? | |||
