[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag showing no balance as it is recharged

I have a purchased hdfc fast tag and have recharged it with rs. 1000 and rs. 100 credited later to the account of fastag. Now it show rs. 1100 as clear balance.
When i crossed toll it is showing no balance. Please look into the matter.

I tried calling but no reply from hdfc. Very hopeless service.
