Hi, I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message. I could not able to find any email or sms to rmn for status updates. I am sharing my details of vehicle and transaction id for reference. Please revert as soon as possible. Verified Support Jan 23, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your TAG was sent twice to your mailing address It was sent through Blue Dart courier on December 23, 2019, vide reference number [protected]. The same is returned undelivered to the Bank with the reason C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address.
