HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag sticker has not been received

I had applied the hdfc fastag on 27.11.2019 online by making a payment of rs 500 through my saving account & wallet has been created for the same but sticker has not yet been received to me & when i had called the call center they did not provide any information about that. It has been 19 days till today from my application & though hdfc claims delivery time of 7-10 working days
