[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received | |||
I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01164171 and i have not received the same, as bank has considered the wrong adress but however bank says they have delivered. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number[protected] is not being attended. Approached branch for solution, even branch is unable to help. Emailed bank support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in and [protected]@europ-assistance.in. No response My suggestion would be to please reissue the fast tag immediately and i am awaiting since one month. I do not remember the PIN for my Food Plus Card. I tried the customer care, but the IVR doesnt have an option for FoodPlus Card. I tried Prepaid Card and Credit Card options, but both dont recognize the card itself. Need to know how to reset the PIN for my card.
