I lost my food card almost 9 months back which i got blocked immediately. However i did not get the time to put in a request for replacement. The card had money loaded on it.

My card number was [protected].

I have raised a new card request now. Request you to kindly let me know as to how the money from my old card will get loaded on the new one.

Updated by imnitin88 I have received the new card but i have called multiple times but no one is helping with the money which was loaded on my previous food card. please help.
