My name is avi poddar and my customer id is[protected] and current account number is [protected], branch name-kanchrapara (Ifsc code-hdfc0002591). I requested to install a mini merchant pos machine for my shop. Bank executive call me and verifying my all details then physically verify all details then install a pos machine after deduct annual rental. After 7days automatically deactive my tid. Bank relationship manager and bank manager told me it can take upto 7days for refund my annual charge, but 1month to go, i am not getting any refund.
