[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc payzapp cashback not credited

I had done 3 prepaid mobile recharges on[protected] using offer code of 50% cashback upto Rs. 100/- using a promo code "FLASH" at payzapp. I haven't received the cashback since 8 days. This is second time of no cashback with me. There is no direct complaint facility in Payzapp. The amount maybe petty but the trust between bank and customer is what hampered. I am really disappointed with this service and will escalate the matter if my cashback is not processed.

I am regular user of HDFC Pay zapped application The said app is not working for last 10 days Reference given to me is ID PZ[protected] pl look into it at the earliest & help me to use it or else I shall surrender my card to the nearest branch veena
