[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc payzapp cashback not credited

I had done 3 prepaid mobile recharges on[protected] using offer code of 50% cashback upto Rs. 100/- using a promo code "FLASH" at payzapp. I haven't received the cashback since 8 days. This is second time of no cashback with me. There is no direct complaint facility in Payzapp. The amount maybe petty but the trust between bank and customer is what hampered.
