[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc smart buy refund services sucks!! | |||||
Hi. I tried booking a flight from blr-pnq using hdfc smartbuy portal via yatra. The transaction got failed and amount got debited from my hdfc bank account. I spoke to yatra customer care executive thereafter and they confirmed that the amount has been refunded to the hdfc smartbuy account. However, hdfc smartbuy has not yet refunded the amount to my hdfc bank account. This is pathetic. This was the last time i used hdfcsmartbuy services and wont be using them ever again.
