I applied for hdfc snapdeal credit card got it and hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr is activated without permission and need to cancel that policy immediately. So need looking to the complaint and cancel the that policy which is reflected on credit card statement need to get refunded immediately.

I requested for cancellation of policy they did not and am not received the policy document till now. Am very unsatisfied with HDFC credit card department even callcentre number unable connect.In this case i need to go for legal proceedings/Ambudsman for my problem.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I applied for HDFC snapdeal credit card got it and HEGIC-CRDT SHLD & FL CVR (Rupees 900) IS activated without permission and need to cancel that policy immediately. so need looking to the complaint and cancel the that policy which is reflected on credit card statement need to get refunded amount 900 immediately.

Updated by Jagadeeshwar Sunkari While applying card said that there is no charges for 1st year but in case of Cancellation of HEGIC-CRDT SHLD & FL CVR policy now saying that i[censored] cancell the policy you will be charged 590 rps as credit card charges.

please help in this issue and false promises.

Till 14th november HDFC Bank not cancelled that policy and not refunded the money.

Updated by Jagadeeshwar Sunkari This complaint was not resolved by me as am irritated, frustrated with these HDFC bank credit card division, next is WHY AM NOT RECEIVED the POLICY TILL NOW ? I need my policy as soon as else will lodge complaint, will have to face the legal proceeding further.
