Kindly consider this as an escalation of a HDFCLife customer to the CEO office HDFC Life Click 2 Protect Plan Policy 15396722 With immense disappointment I have to bring to your Notice my 4 months of struggle to revive my policy, which is all about endless waiting for HDFCLife to respond, Adulterations of medical reports with other patients ( Nandkishore More ), No clear doctor recommendations uploaded on Portal based on which your organisation has asked for additional premium ... It's so highly confusing and disturbing to be a customer of HDFCLife Can you please help me - All I asked for is my lapsed policy revival and i am being taken for a whirlwind tour since last 4 months The relationship manager given to me is just doing a postal service between your backend, without ANY proactive or reactive attitude to help the customer I am enclosing all the mail communications with HDFCLife here Was this information helpful? | |
