[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — home loan

A few days later i paid two times processing charge for my disbursement of home loan. While i paid my processing charge earlier for taking this loan. Initially my agent mr. Amit sapkal (Hdfc sales navi mumbai branch) took that amount for processing the home loan sanction. He created a file for kolkata and cut the amount for this but before sanction he cancelled the file and created the new one for mumbai but the processing charge amount did not transfer the new one. For this issue i visited several times at panvel branch and requested saniya rumane (Panvel branch) to solve the issue. Every time she assured me she will solve the issue but she did not till my disbursement date. So i paid my processing charge again during my disbursement. Is this your serve process?? Is this possible to get back my money in my account?? I am very disappointed.

I had already given processing charge (5900 Rs.) against my File No[protected]For Kolkata) but before sanction this file they generated another file[protected]For Mumbai) and sanctioned. But they didn't transfer this Processing Charge to the new file. This amount already cut from my bank account. I already request Saniya Rumane (HDFC BANK) to do this as soon as possible but she didn't till now. My property registration date 16 the April, 2018. Please do this as urgent basis. But they requested me sir please submit the processing charge for new file meanwhile we solve this issue. Afterthat they assure me you will get this money within 3 months. But more than 3 months over I am not receiving any refund money and not a single updates from them. Please do the necessary steps against them.

Sir/ Mam,
I made a transaction of Rs 30000 on 19th Of April 2018 from HDFC to Paytm in parts of Rs 5000.
Rs 25000 were transmitted successfully, but the remaining 5000 were deducted from my account but did not reach successfully.
