[Resolved] HDFC Bank — home loan processing fees deducted twice | |||
Agent has asked us to give another cheque saying some mistake in first cheque we gave him while applying the home loan. Agent has deposit both the cheques without our knowledge and amount deducted twice. This wasn't told to me and i got to know after 10 days while checking my bank statement. Its been 15 days no one has responded and even call us. While it was taking loan from bank i was getting 10 calls daily and now no one bother to return my money back. Please take a strict action.
