[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am complaining about my amount is not refunded in my account

This is regarding transaction id - gpa[protected]-38270.
I make payment through my credit card after cancellation the order the amount is not refunded in my account its been a while of making transaction but still wait for my refund.
Could you please tell me the current status of that transaction id.
