[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — i am in loss of 30k because of wrong information of exit team

I am an ex-employee of hdfc bank. I was working in gurgaon cpu as a deputy manager under the supervision of mr. Ashish kanodia (A11450). I put my papers on 26th july'17 and as per the policy, i had to serve the notice period of 90 days i. E till 24th oct'17. But due to some personal/family reasons i requested mr. Ashish kanodia to waive off the notice period with 18 days. So he agreed and he sent the intimation to hr for my official last day i. E 6th oct'17.

I had received the salary in aug'17 but not in sep'17. So next day, i contacted exit team to know the reason. I guess i talked to deepika from the exit team (However i am not so sure about the name of the person) and she told me that as my notice period has been reduced from 90 to 72 days, so i will be receiving salary for 2 months + lta in f & f only.

Then i asked one more question about my f & f amount, that as per my knowledge if waiver has been given in the notice period, then leaves will be adjusted and i will receive the salary of complete month. Then she said "yes mam, you will be receiving complete salary of 2 months + lta in f & f"

But on my last working day (6th oct'17), i received 38745/- in my account. I couldn't understand the reason of the same as she had told me that you will receive every penny in f & f only. And today (24th oct;17), i received 24633/- as f & f.

I would request you to please re-check the calculation done at your end, as i should have received approximately 92780/- (38745*2=77490 (Salary of two months) + 15290 (Lta) = 92780/-).

This is really not at all acceptable. I received only 63378/- as my f & f. I am in loss of 29402/-

When i left, there were approximately 25+ leaves which i had in my account. So as per the policies, if leaves are there and had been adjusted, no deduction should have been there from my f & f. And i had confirmed the same from the exit team as well.

So i request you to check it carefully and do revert asap on this.
