[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am not getting the refund from amazon even after initiated the refund by amazon | |||
I returned three orders, among these two orders I returned on 22nd and another one on 25 th . For the first two order refund has been initiatiated on 22 nd and 23rd respectively and for the last order refund had been initiatiated on 25 th. After that I got notifications that it may take maximum of 3 to 5 business days to get reflected in your account.. I waited for 7 days and called Amazon customer service they said wait for tomorrow. When I called again they sait your refund has been declined and, again we are Resubmitting your refund. Amazon and my partner bank is just playing football with me... My bank is HDFC Jagatpura branch My name-Trilochan Medhi Ac no-[protected] Please Help me and penalize them, whoever found to be guilty Amazon or HDFC bank Was this information helpful? | |||
