HDFC Bank — I did not receive the cashback amount

I have purchaced refrigirator on 22nd october 2018. I was informed that i will get cashback in 90 days. 90 days has completed and even 120 days too. The bank is telling to reach dealer we dont know anything. The dealer says its the bank you have to contact to. I would like to know if anyone delays a emi the banks will haunt like anything. But wont the bank do its duty on time?
