[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I had credit card issue with hdfc bank | |||
I was brought credit card with hdfc bank in 2017, the credit card seller didn't give any information about auto top/ recharge to mobile.in fact mobile number is postpaid number they can't do top/ recharge my mobile. Since i brought this credit card i didn't do any transaction from this credit card. But i was receiving letter from hdfc bank to do payment 100 rupees for everymonth, i dont have awareness credit card things i was paid first 2 month from 3 month i have stop to pay credit card. I have start raise voice from against june 2017 onward because it was affecting my credit score and also request payment was 4000 something rupees. I don't know how become 4000 rupees how they are putting recharge against credit card. Through a lot mail and call discussion with them they are accepting it auto recharge/top wasnt on mobile they are Finally accept it. They revert some money jan 2018 to june 2018 but bank didn't accept revert to completely i don't know why. They are saying that december month 100 rupees didn't get back. For that they are putting recharge around 1600 rupee something. Now current recharge was 2198.33 rupees request pay to close the credit card. Was this information helpful? | |||
