[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I have not received my renewed credit card | |||
My name is prashant s. Shinde my credit card no. Is [protected]. This is my renewed credit card number. Due to shift of address the welcome kit with new credit card could not be delivered to my address. I am getting my statements on my updated permanent address. But after that i have not received my new credit card till date. Because of the same i could not be able to use it for my purchases. Kindly do the needful. Verified Support Oct 25, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We observe that your credit card was sent to your mailing address and returned undelivered. Further we also observe from our records that your card was returned to us and subsequently destroyed due to security reasons after a time span of 30 days. In the event of any change in mailing address, we would require a duly filled & signed MID ( Most Important Document ) seeking change in your address/contact details to enable us to do the needful.
