[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I m complaining | |
Hi i complained about hdfc bank not stopping ecs even after giving request letters for over a year tobhirva at shanti park branch mira rd, she destroyed it all. Ecs is still not stopped. A nice lady from the branch komal told me i need an noc from the other back. She called someone to check the details. My point was bhirva could have told me from september last year. She told me bank is earning because of me due to return charges of around 60000 till now. When i complained earlier nadia said bhirva called me. Again lies. I did not get any call. My demand is all the fees waived and put back in my account as bhirva did not do her job properly. When ever i go the branch she has behaved rudely and used abusive language. If amount not credited will take legal action as i shown my lawyer all the copy of all the letter i gave her. Nothing other than waiver will be accepted.
