HDFC Bank — I never ever applied for credit card but bank executive says have due on credit card

My name is pathan rizwan yusuf khan. I am an existing customer of your bank at the branch (Ifsc code : hdfc0001784). I went to bank for paying the monthly installment of my loan but your executive said that you have to pay the credit card amount as well. I neither applied for credit card nor i received then how i can pay the due amounts which your executive is claiming to me. Due to this invalid claim my cibil score is impacting and goes on daily basis down. Kindly helped out me from this situation.
