[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps not successful, status: processor down | |||||
On 04th Oct 2018 i did an imps transfer of rs. 10000/- from my hdfc saving account to sbi. The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its been 18 days and still the amount is nowhere to be traced.in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down. I would request the bank to look into this matter and resolve this issue. Hdfc being such a reputed bank comitting these types of silly mistakes is highly unacceptable. Please resolve the issue.
