[Resolved] HDFC Bank — incorrect charges and no response for seeking help | |
I have been using hdfc credit card for more than 3 years. Recently i lost my card while travelling and called the customer service to block the card and issue a new one. For new card to be issued they said the outstanding balance has to be closed. I didn’t have the credit card details with me to make the payments as i had lost it, and neither they helped me any right option to make the payment. Now they are charging me with the late fee even after clearing all the outstanding amount. I am not able to cancel the services as well, they are guiding with some cumbersome procedures to to cancel the card as well. I have neither received my new card and nor able to cancel the card. The connect with the customer services is also very terrible. Was this information helpful? | |
