[Resolved] HDFC Bank — incorrect charges | |||||
I have been with hdfc bank for more than 8 years now. 5 years ago i was offered a platinum debit card with a life time free subscription. It all started when hdfc started charging me an amount of 850 for the card from 2016. When i spoke to a manager, she was extremely rude and stated that they cannot reverse the charges. I had told her this was a bank error and i should not be charged, however she kept starting the charges for the card. When i asked her why have i not been charged for so long and suddenly charges are applied. She had no answer. This is hdfc's way of swindling money. They offer life time free cards and then start charging their customers after a few years. I would like a refund for my charges and an apology from hdfc for their rude behavior.
