HDFC Bank — Iphone cashback not received

I have purchased i phone 11 on 31/01/2020 on cash payment from from hdfc debit card with on going cashback of rs 6000/- within 120 days from day pf purchase. But till date nothing has been credited in my savings acc. Details are as follows:
