Sir myself ramendra kumar, i have one current account in your hdfc bank baradwari branch. I want to close my account so thats why i request, request and request much more time to branch manager and staff last eight or more months. But alls are careless and irresponsible. I do not have any credit card account with HDFC and I keep getting these emails from Mr. Nilesh Ghorpade about payment past due.
Even after notifying them about having a wrong email address on file, I still get these emails. It is a harassment and I'd like to lodge official complaint with authorities.
