I have taken loan in centurion bank hubli at 2003 to purchase a hero honda splender i completed all installments but i can't get original rc, i asked in rto there need of noc get rc.. I asked hdfc bank hubli there is no documents of rc... I requesting u sir to give noc for getting rc... Need of emergency sir bcoz of rc renewal
