[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — late fees and finance charges.

I am hdfc bank customer around 2-3 years. I use credit card for some shopping from amazon. And paid the amount timely to bank. After 2-3 months i get calls from bank that pay the amount. I don't know how the amount r remaining. I call the customer care for information but the phone is unreachable or disconnected everytime. So i go to bank for details then i get that some late fees and finance charges with gst r being charged on me for 4 months around 4-500/-. Because i didn't get the statements on emails. I calls the customer service after so many attempt they attends the call i request him for late fees and finance charges waive off... But they said i can waive only 1000/- after that beyond my power. Few months before i get a call from recovery agent and he said pay the amount to bank otherwise i will kill u and ur family. Then i go to deppresion and tension because every months they charges 1100/- extra and no one can waive it.
And the bank agent call me every time give me dhamakis in abusive languages. They didn't have ethics and manners.
I have another bank credit card like axis bank but they r very gentle, their statements also come to my mails. Their charges r low around 4-500/- rs and when i request them they waive the all charges.
I have not using hdfc credit card for around 1 years but the charges becomes around 12000/- and i paid 2000/- rs also. And i didn't want to pay the whole late fees around10000/-. What benefits i get by using this card. When i have to pay extra 12000/- to him i get only loss from him. What can i do. I didn't know what to do.

Even today the bank call me... And says "tumhare jaise customer bank KO bahut milte ha in... 500/- Ki payment ho nahi rahi aur chale ha in complaint karne. And some abusive words also." I said I had do complaint in consumer complaint then they said who kuch nahi kar sakta humara. They blackmails me what to do.?

I had mail to bank mail Id also. But no one corporate with me. 2-3 months ago still no one help me. What can I do?
