[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Loan not sanction but taken money | |||||
Sir I and my husband applied for home loan from hdfc bank office at Radisson blu, Kaushambi, Ghz. We have provided all the papers which they asked along with a cheque of Rs. 5720, cheque no037216 Axis bank. They forward our file and send us file number, user id no, password for online access.After keeping our papers for a week, they said your loan can't be sanction and they clear our cheque. They are not telling correctly the reason for cancelation of our loan and also not refunding complete amount of our money. My question is this, if they have not sanction the loan then for what they are charging.I want my money back. Plzz do check all these.
