[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan processed incorrectly without any confirmation | |||
I have applied loan in HDFC bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ECS got rejected which in turn affecting my CIBIL Score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 Lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Till Now No Steps have been taken to resolve my complaint and jus marked my complaint as resolved. I need resolution asap from HDFC.
No Process followed. How can they disburse loan with out any intimation to the customer. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
