[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — Payment Gateway Service not provided after delay 45 Days | |||||
Dear Sir We are exporter and maintained current account in Bank from last 6 year and Due to export requirement we are in need payment gateway. On request of Pratyush Gaur HDFC Bank employee I have submitted application and sent all required documents. He asked that It will take only 15 days to approve it. After 15 Days when I have contacted him, He was neither responding on calls nor on emails. After filing complaint at dashboard I got contact number of His senior Mr Abhishek Matha and now its almost 30 Days over. He asked me that he will ask pratyush to contact me. When I have contacted Pratyush, He always asked me to provide more and more irrelevant document and searching ways to refuse. Now Its over 45 Days and now I have provided them all requested documents asked them to provide required. They asked me to wait more now its over 50 days. They sent refusal mail without any reason.
