[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — misbehave of hdfc employees - jessy and keshav - personal loan - electronic city branch , bangalore

Few days ago i got a call from Jessy ([protected]) asking if i need personal loan.She said she is from Electronic city, Bangalore branch. Since i already had existing loan, i was looking for a topup loan and said yes. Got a call from her and as per our tele conversation, she said my O/S existing loan is 3.6lakhs and she assured of giving me 7lakhs extra so that total loan amount will be 10lakhs which she said I am eligible. She also messaged me that I am eligible for total 10 lakhs and ROI will be 11.49+0.5.
Documents are collected on 9th Jan, Tuesday. I followed up with Jessy to confirm once again about rate of interest. But never received response from her. I have attached the screenshot of messages which are unanswered from her.

Loan processing started on 10th Jan, Thursday and someone called me for verification. In the noon, i called Jessy and asked her to confirm ROI. I was shocked, she changed her words and said 14.5% + 2% .I asked her she told 11.49 and now increased to 14.5%. She lost her temper and was very rude and said i dont meet their eligibility. I really dont know why she behaved so rude with me. I tried to negotiate but she didnt agree. Finally I told her to cancel my loan request. She directly said me not to beg like that and she has tried maximum for me and cut the call. She made 9years customer a Begger for asking personal loan

Meanwhile, got a call from ICICI executive and says she got my number from Jessy and asking me if I am looking for loan. Did I tell Jessy to give my number to ICICI. Confused whats going on.

After few minutes, one more person from HDFC same branch named Keshav ([protected]) called me and tried to console me reducing ROI to 12.5 + 1.25.. Since I was already frustrated with Jessy's comments, I directly told I dont need any loan from HDFC.
Shockingly, Keshav started scolding me in Kannada very badly using vulgar words. He said in kannada that " Bolimagne, documents collection petrol charges neen kodtiya " . OMG. What happended to HDFC. Why should i hear these words from him.

I am a HDFC customer from last 9 years. I had taken many loans and cleared. I have good financial transactions. This is the first time i faced these type of issues with HDFC employees.

Why did Jessy message and promised me with 11.49% and Why did she change to 14%. Why did she call I am begging for negotiating ROI. Why should she share my number to other bank and let everyone know that I am looking for loan. Disgusting.

Why did Keshav call me Bolimagne and scolded in regional language. Is it the way to speak to customers..? Why should I pay his petrol expenses for collecting documents. Dont i have right to cancel loan request if I feel ROI is higher than promised..?

I request these issues should be escalated to concerned department/person. Action should be taken on both Jessy and Keshav. I am ready to come to branch and speak to them and their manager if you can schedule a meeting.

NEVER EXPECTED " BEGGAR AND BOLIMAGNE" from HDFC employees. I still trust HDFC and dont spoil the brand name just because of two employees. Hope you take necessary action and update me on the same. Please train employees to behave professioanally.

I have attached the messages screenshot where Jessy promised me with 10lakhs loan and 11.49% ROI and screenshots of my messages which were unanswered.
