HDFC Bank — misuse of credit card with otp

Address:no.3 west park st , singarayer colony,, (Optional), Madurai, Tamil Nadu, 625002

Just got a msg from Amazon 1258399 stating they have charged Rs.169 from my credit card without otp. How is this even possible. I have never made any subscriptions with Amazon. I want my money back. And people are claiming HDFC to be the best banker in India, and this is how you offer security to our card details and money in the account. Never expected this from HDFC. Corporate frauds.
