[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Mobile number update/net banking | |||||
I had updated my overseas mobile number before leaving india. It was updated wrongly by hdfc bank professional. Now, when i access the account, otp isnt sent as number is worng. When i call customer care, i am told that i need to go to the bank or atm. I am not in india. This is terrible customer experience. I have been an hdfc customer for 9 years now.
