HDFC Bank — money not dispensed but amount deducted from account

Address:Kazhakootam oco, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, 695581

While withdrawing money from ATM, it was shown as timed out but the money was deducted from account but not dispensed from ATM.

The HDFC ivrs is very hard that i couldn't find an option speak to the bank official.
