[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — money not refunded

Hi,
I tried to book for tatkal ticket on
September 1st 2017 (11:05 am) from my debit card. When i book, my money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. It gets cancelled. Till now my money was not refunded to my account. Please take this as a serious issue & response me as soon as possible.

Booking details:
*irctc txn id -[protected]
*booking id from - dinehmjk
*date of booking - 1st september 2017
*amount deducted - rs. 1858.66
