I am account holder in hdfc bank in last 5 years. I am not used debit card last two years not a single traction not to my debit card. Last year also same problem i raised and request to cancel my debit card but not cancelled why? I am not to contact to my branch because of no leave and also my one day deduct my salary so i can not contact my hdfc branch. Every yeear my debit card charged rs.885/- refund my amount am not used card. This for huge amount.

I am called many time phone banking but not response. Your customer care person totally waste not solve my problem. So refund my amount rs.885. Otherwise am closed my hdfc account..

I AM USED HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD. LAST MONTH MY BILL AMOUNT NOT PAID IN DUE DATE BECAUSE OF COVID 19. THIS SITUATION BANK SIDE DEBITED INTEREST AND OTHER TAX CHARGES. SO PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT. GOVERNMENT INSTRUCTIONS IS NOT ANY CHARGE TO MEMBERS BUT YOU DEDUCT MY AMOUNT. SO PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.
