[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance in my hdfc bank account. without informing change salary account to saving account and charged for not maintaining min balance | |
Hi hdfcbank, My name is cvnarasimhapathi. I joined a company in the year 2006 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few years and changed company. From past 1.5 years i didn't login and now after 2 years it is showing negative balance of around 10, 0000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same. Without informing me how can salary account be changed to savings account and charge for not mentoning the minimum balance. I want to close the account as soon as possible and am not going to pay single ruppee as per the rbi guidelines. It will be very helpful if you close my account.
