[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negligence in fastag issue after fee collection | |
I had applied for fastag through hdfc, i got a message that fastag has been issued but no information on rf id delivery. Already it has been 15 days since i applied for fastag. Their customer helpline number is not working. I have repeatedly tried calling 50 times but it is always busy. Method of rf id dispatch/delivery is not mentioned anywhere during registration. Many other customers also have complained about similar negligence by the company. Was this information helpful? | |
